• The potential supplier participating in the competitive selection by submitting his proposal and participation in the competitive selection at the best price for the supply of equipment unconditionally agrees with the following points of the Customer-s requirements - provision vehicles and transportation services will be provided on the basis of a concluded agreement attached to this competitive proposal; - The service will be provided throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan; - The customer can cancel at any time execution and conclusion of an Agreement with the winner of the tender if the technical condition of the Goods does not suit its specialists or if facts of submission of false information about its technical data are revealed; - The supplier undertakes to provide a guarantee for provided special transport for a period of 12 months, in case of breakdown during the warranty period, urgently correct the defects at your own expense. Due to periodic financial problems, the Buyer is allowed to extend the payment terms for use of the Supplier's equipment for a period of up to 90 days. - The customer has the right to decide on a unilateral refusal to fulfill the contract if, during the execution of the contract, it is established that the supplier (contractor, performer) provided the goods for use, which does not comply with the requirements for procurement participants established by the procurement documentation, the unsatisfactory technical condition of the Goods has been identified
