Requirements for Appraisers of the Participant - The Participant must in no case be a person affiliated with the Customer and a potential foreign investor known to him; - Not to communicate with the owner of the property or the client of the enterprise on the basis of personal interest; - The participant must not be in the single register of dishonest performers; - There are no conflict (judicial) cases between the Participant and the Customer; - The participant must present a document confirming that he does not have debts from DSI or other organizations today required; - Participating employees must be fluent in Russian and English; - Protection of the Customer in future conflicts, legal disputes, court proceedings that may arise between the Customer and other organizations as a result of the services provided by the Participant. to do - As a result of the services provided by the participant, law enforcement agencies and financial control bodies in the future
