Description:
Involve international consulting and/or auditing companies in order to analyze the procurement processes of JSC "UzGasTrade" for 2025-2027, including improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption systems (forensic audit) conducting a selection of the best offers. The average starting price of the competition for each year is 1,088.6 million (one billion eighty-eight million six hundred thousand) soums, including VAT, and for the years 2025-2027 the total maximum value of the initial price is 3,265.7 million (three billion two hundred sixty-five million seven hundred thousand) soums. The assessment of the technical part of the tender proposal is 70% of the maximum score based on quantitative indicators is determined, and the evaluation of the price part is determined in the amount of 30 percent of the maximum score.
