- Technical, functional and quality (consumption) characteristics of the product Transducer - disposable thermoelectric sensor TP (thermocouple) TP converters consist of thermocouple attachments attached to multi-layer protection tubes. GOST R 8.585-2001 / MEK 60584-1 Thermocouple inserts with nominal static characteristics are equipped with slag protection caps made of copper. 1.1. The performance, overall dimensions and mass of the TP are given in Appendix 2. 1.2. Nominal static according to GOST R 8.585-2001 characteristic - B 1.3. Maximum working temperature, °C - 1820 1.4. Permissible deviation limits (at +1554°C), °C - 0 to +3 1.5. Maximum measurement time, seconds - 6 1.6. Repeatability of temperature readings in two consecutive measurements - ±1 °C TP should provide a stable signal in the following devices Digitemp (Positherm); Multi-Lab (Positherm); Complete sets of pogrozhnoy brasses for TP Contact blog are used together with temperature sensors. Thermocouples NSX according to GOST R 8.585-2001 (nominal static characteristic) conditional symbol - B Maximum operating temperature - 1820 °C The maximum time the sensor is in the metal solution - no more than 7 seconds Contact blocks (2 contacts) nickel to protect against corrosion and oxides on the surface of the contact part should be covered.
