- This RFQ refers to the supply, delivery, and installation of Endoscopy Equipment (Part I) to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The requirement consists of the following 6 items divided into 6 lots: Lot # 1: Set for video cysto-resectoscopy - 1 unit; Lot # 2: Set of equipment and instruments for minimally invasive ENT operations and manipulations - 1 unit;Lot # 3: Set of equipment for ultrasound video gastroscopy - 1 unit;Lot # 4: Set of equipment for ultrasonic video brochoscopy - 1 unit;Lot # 5: Set for naso-pharyngo-laryngofibroscopy, pediatric - 2 unit;Lot # 6: Simulators for endoscopic minimally invasive operations (for 5 workplaces) - 2 unit.Note to Bidders:Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot.
