  • Tenders are invited for Supply of All-in-One Computers and Printers . 1. The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Primary Health Care Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 2. The “Primary Health Care Improvement” Project Implementation Unit (PIU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of AIO computers and Printers (the “Goods”): # Lot/Item description Unit of measurement Quantity Delivery Period 1 ALL-IN-ONE COMPUTERS AND UPS 1.1 All-in-one computers Unit 4682 6 weeks 1.2 UPS Unit 4682 2 THREE-IN-ONE PRINTERS, B/W PRINTERS AND THERMAL POS-PRINTERS 2.1 Three-in-one printers Unit 1630 2.2 B/w printers Unit 1002 6 weeks 2.3 Thermal POS-printers Unit 1696 Bidders may bid for any or all lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document. 3. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB-s SingleStage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible bidders with, but not limited to, the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Lot No. Contractual Experience Size of Operation (Average Annual Turnover) LOT 1 Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years of at least two (2) contracts each valued at $ 2,350,000.00 with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply). All Partners of Joint Venture Combined must meet requirement. Minimum average annual turnover of $ 3,120,000.00 calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years. All Partners of Joint Venture Combined must meet requirement. Each Partner of Joint Venture must meet 33% of the requirement. One Partner of Joint Venture must meet 67% of the requirement. LOT 2 Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years of at least two (2) contracts each valued at $ 480,000.00 with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply). All Partners of Joint Venture Combined must meet requirement. Minimum average annual turnover of $ 635,000.00 calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years. All Partners of Joint Venture Combined must meet requirement. Each Partner of Joint Venture must meet 33% of the requirement. One Partner of Joint Venture must meet 67% of the requirement. The documents will be sent by e-mail to the address stipulated in the request. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 7. Deliver your bid: • to the address above • on or before the deadline: 14 May 2021, 15:00 hours, Tashkent time. • together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document. All bids will be opened 15:15 hours, Tashkent time in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. 8. The Primary Health Care Improvement PIU will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
