The admission of the participants is carried out in accordance with the following criteria for the conclusion of the contract;- the absence of overdue debt for taxes and fees;- the absence of bankruptcy procedures introduced against them;- the lack of a record of them in the Unified Register of unscrupulous executors.- the presence of the EDS issued by the tax authorities determines the authority of the participant for the conclusion of the contract.
