- Work related to the estimate documentation No. 1-3 Patalik (attached inside those assignments) In case of failure to complete the planned scope of work within the time limits established by this contract (10 working days), the Customer has the right to unilaterally terminate agreement, and no payment will be made to the Contractor for the scope of work performed. Candidates without relevant work experience, lack of necessary special equipment and non-compliance with the type of activity will not be considered. Payment is made after signing certificates of work performed, including the inclusion of a representative of the Customer, Uzbekneftegaz JSC. Some of the work will be carried out in an area partially flooded with groundwater, for which the Contractor will need to carry out additional work on drying (photos attached).
