Participants will not be admitted to the stage of evaluation of price proposals if they do not submit the technical proposal in accordance with the technical assignment, complete qualification documents with supporting documents in accordance with the attached files. For this reason, all participants must submit the required documents (qualification documents, technical proposal, power of attorney from the factory manufacturer, certificates and other documents) in full and according to the requirements. Note the missing documents will not be re-requested for. Also, offers must be submitted with the lowest possible price, as this portal does not intend to ask for a discount.
