• Prequalifications are invited for Reconstruction of the Automobile Road a380 “Guzar-Bukhara-Nukus-Beyneu” on the Section 150-228 Km with a Cement Concrete Pavement Liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated for the subject contract(s) net of the Tenderer-s other commitments. USD 7,100,000 (seven million one hundred thousand) equivalent USD 4,000,000 (four million) equivalent USD 7,150,000 (seven million one hundred fifty thousand) equivalent Single Entity and/or in the case of a JV, all JV members combined must meet the requirement Minimum average annual construction turnover, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within any 5 (five) years of the last 7 (seven) (2014- 2020) years, divided by 5 (five). USD 42,600,000 (forty two million six hundred thousand) equivalent USD 24,000,000 (twenty four million) equivalent USD 42,800,000 (forty two million eight hundred thousand) equivalent Single Entity and/or in the case of a JV, all JV members combined meet the requirement, where each partner of the JV All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” separate for each Lot in the following amounts: Lot 1: USD 600,000 or an equivalent amount in another freely convertible currency; Lot 2: USD 300,000 or an equivalent amount in another freely convertible currency; Lot 3: USD 650,000 or an equivalent amount in another freely convertible currency.
