as well as obtaining a guarantee of the return of the advance payment from the Contractor's bank or after the advance payment insurance by the Contractor, which allows minimizing the risks of non -return of the advance payment by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account; II stage of payment50% of the total The amounts of the contract are made within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the written notice of the readiness of the goods for shipment and after the submission of the preliminary inspection of the equipment compliance with Appendix J with the participation of the representative of the customer or authorized person. IIII Stage Payment of 20% within 30 (thirty) banking days after the registration of the equipment acceptance into operation.
