- Description:
- The provision of services is provided with the provision of special equipment with a driver and diesel fuel from the Contractor. In case of failure to complete the planned volume of work within the time period established by this agreement (10 working days), the Customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, and no payment will be made to the Contractor for the scope of work performed. Candidates without relevant work experience, lack of necessary special equipment and non-compliance with the type of activity will not be considered. Payment is made after signing the certificates of completed work, including the inclusion of the Customer-s representative, Uzbekneftegaz JSC. The candidate for the performance of work, by sending his commercial proposal for the performance of the service, confirms his readiness to the above conditions and does not have the right to challenge them in court in case of failure to complete the work within the established time frame.
