• 3. Contestants 3.1 Regardless of the form of ownership, any legal entities, including small business entities, may participate in the contest, with the exception of legal entities specified in clause 4.2. 3.2. Contestant must perform the following - comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on public procurement; - submission of proposals and documents that meet the requirements of procurement documents and the information provided be responsible for the accuracy; - disclosure of information about the main beneficial owner (Appendix 1 to the purchase documents); - making a statement on the prevention of corruption (Appendix 3 of procurement documents); provide a letter of guarantee to testify to the following provides that (1) the participant is not in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings; (2) the participant is not in litigation with the Customer; (3) if the participant has not fulfilled the obligations under the previously concluded contracts with the Customer; (4) of the participant company, including its founder, is not registered and does not have bank accounts in the states or states that provide preferential tax treatment and/or disclose and provide information in the implementation of financial transactions in areas that do not require access (offshore zones); (5) no V United register unscrupulous executors; (6) The participant does not have overdue taxes, fees and other mandatory payments
