Description:
1. The starting price is 600,000,000 (Six hundred million) soums with VAT and other expenses, 531,826,977.80 (Five hundred thirty one million eight hundred twenty six thousand nine hundred seventy seven soums 80 tinyas) without VAT and other expenses. For foreign suppliers, the price without VAT and other costs is the starting price. The initial price of the purchase is the initial limit price, and the final purchase price is determined by the end of the purchase process. 2. Pursuant to Article 61 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Procurement", the electronic system of public procurement checks the compliance of the price offered by the participant with the initial price and whether the electronic fields are filled. If the price offered by the participant is higher than the initial price, as well as there are blank fields that are mandatory for filling and placing the documents that need to be attached, the electronic system of public procurement will reject the offer of the participant, indicating the exact reason.
