Participants who have not submitted a technical proposal in accordance with the technical assignment, as well as complete qualification documents with supporting documents according to the attached files, will not be included in the stage of evaluation of price proposals. All in this regard participants must submit the necessary documents (qualification documents, technical proposal, manufacturer's power of attorney, certificates, etc.) in full and in accordance with the requirements. There will be no repeated requests for lost documents. Bids must be submitted at the lowest possible cost as there is no discount request on this portal.
