PPP expert - the project manager has a higher education in the field of economics or finance or an equivalent qualification, at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of PPP in Uzbekistan and foreign countries, Uzbek and must be able to communicate freely in foreign languages, relevant documents must be presented. Financial Expert University degree or equivalent in economics or finance, accounting 5 years of work experience in national standards, PPP model, as well as financing and modeling.
