• Tenders are invited for Modernization of Jondor Main Canal and Reconstruction of Structures on Jondor Canal Jondor Main Canal: • Rehabilitation of head regulators- 3 pcs (PK114 + 50 Jondor-2, PK87 + 82 Jondor-3, PK184 + 90 Jondor-3); • Rehabilitation and modernization of water outlet structures - 27 pcs • Rehabilitation and modernization of 23 gauging stations • Rehabilitation and modernization of 19 gauge bridges; • Rehabilitation of siphons - 2 pcs (PK275 + 61 Zhondor2, PK73 + 63 Zhondor-3) • Rehabilitation of road bridges - 6 pcs (PK120 + 04 Jondor-1, PK55 + 60 Jondor-2, PK193 + 09 Jondor-2, PK104 + 97 Jondor-3, PK151 + 50 Jondor-3, PK171 + 67 Jondor-3) The works shall include but not limited to the following: - dismantling of destroyed monolithic concrete sections, precast concrete elements and metal structures; - cleaning and repair of destroyed sections of the concrete surface, the roadway of the bridge box and sidewalks; - installation of metal structures of new gates, stairs and railings, followed by painting with oil paint; - restoration of structural elements and concrete of the channel lining in accordance with the design solution. Lot 2 Jondor Main Canal • Removal of the vegetation layer; • Re-sectioning of the canal; • Excavation of berms; • High-quality compacted embankment (build up of the canal bank in specified places to avoid overflow during maximum velocity of water in the canal). Canal reaches where the works shall be carried out are: - Jondor-1, the 1st lift of the canal at PK0 + 00 to PK278 + 00. The length of the canal is 27.8 km. - Jondor-3, the 3rd lift of the canal at PK0 + 00 to PK185 + 00. The length of the canal is 18.5 km. The canal runs in an earthen bed, the throughput of Jondor-1 with discharge Q = 56 m3 / s, and at Jondor-3 from PK0 + 00 to PK87 + 82 with discharge Q = 42 m3 / s, and at PK87 + 82 to the end of the canal with discharge Q = 20 m3/s. Lot 3 Jondor main canal: • removal of the vegetation layer; • resectioning of the canal; • excavation of berms; • high-quality embankment; • concrete lining of the canal section as described below: Canal reach where the works shall be carried out is: - Jondor-2, the 2nd lift of the canal at PK0 + 00 to PK366 + 54. The length of the canal reach is 36.5 km. The canal runs in an earthen bed, the throughput of Jondor-2 with the discharge Q = 56 m3 / s, within the chainage of PK50 + 00 to PK275 +61. This section of the canal requires concrete lining (concrete of classes B15, F150, M200, prepared on sulfate-resistant cement, t = 0.15 m., reinforced with ASK Ø7 mm reinforcement) with underlying geo-composite (geotextile -200 g / m², geomembrane t = 1.0 mm.), the thickness of which shall be t = 0.15 m.
