Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Mobile Engage Project. ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The rapid roll-out of mobile phone networks in recent years has made it easier than ever to connect to Uzbekistan's large population mobile phone coverage rates are above 96 percent even in very rural areas. The Mobile Engage project will make use of these phone networks to: i) inform eligible population on their schedule of vaccines (including COVID-19 vaccines) and provide vaccination certificates, ii) inform MoH staff on the number of Covid infected patients, number of beds and allocation of medical equipment, iii) inform registered users regarding updates to vital records including birth and death, iv) inform eligible population with severe health issues on the queue number related to free of charge treatment (queue notification). The World Bank will hire a consulting organization to maintain and develop new functionality in the existing RapidPro platform and implement project components using this platform.
