Participants are accepted if they meet the following criteria - have legal capacity to enter into a contract; - those who do not have overdue debts for taxes and fees; - those against whom bankruptcy proceedings have not been initiated; - those who do not have a record of them in the unified register of dishonest contractors. The presence of a digital signature issued by tax authorities determines the legal capacity of the participant to conclude a contract. Participatory bankruptcy in the form of an application confirms that he is not involved in proceedings and that he has no overdue debts for taxes and fees.
