Furnace material high purity alumina.- Maximum working temperature 1200℃ (continuous working range 0 1100℃). - Recommended heating rate 10℃/min (maximum 20℃/min). - Power supply AC 380V, 3 phases. - Maximum power 10 kW. - Furnace circle OD 110 mm x Length 300+300 mm. - Mass Flow Controller 3 pcs, 0 100 SCCM each. - Heating element Nichrome or Kantal A1. - Thermocouple type K, with protection. - Temperature control +/-1℃ accuracy; 7" display; 30-step program. - Vacuum level 1x10⁻³ Pa (turbo + mechanical pump). - Cooling double-layer air cooling; outer surface ≤45℃. - Material alumina fiber, quartz tube. - Safety overtemperature, thermocouple disconnection, SCR control. - Gases inert, N₂
