"ANDIJANPETRO" LLC project to introduce an AIR-WATER system heat pump device for heating and cooling (conditioning) facilities, payment in soums for local participants, in rubles for foreigners. The price includes all costs and VAT. / Design "Implementation of a heat pump installation of the AIR-WATER system to provide heating and cooling (air conditioning) of the facilities of JV LLC "ANDIJANPETRO", according to the terms of reference. Payment currency for local participants - soum, for foreign - Russian ruble. The price includes all costs, taxes, fees and VAT. **WHEN SUBMITTING AN OFFER BY A NON-RESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN, 12% MUST BE EXCLUDED FROM THE PUBLISHED INITIAL MAXIMUM PRICE, SINCE NON-RESIDENTS ARE NOT PAYERS VAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TAX LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN**
