- FMD vaccine for cattle, MRS types A, O, Asia-1 1. The vaccine must be made from foot-and-mouth disease virus types O strain Asia-1 strain "Shamir". 2. The immunogenic activity of each strain (PD50) of each strain is not less than 6.0. Titer of virus-neutralizing antibodies in Ig SN50/cm3, not less than 1.5, number of non-structural proteinsno more than 25% The vaccine should be packaged in polypropylene or glass bottles of 100 doses for cattle, sealed hermetically with rubber stoppers and rolled in aluminum caps.
