- Quotation are invited for Event Company to Conduct Workshop Event Company Specifications: Gender Analysis Workshop: October 8 Event Details:1 day, 40 expected participants . Offsite venue with catering options for 3 coffee breaks and 1 lunch; . Supplies, including: pens (40), markers (5 per table), notepads (40), flip charts with papers (4), anti-stress/fidget toys (5-6 per table), sticky (post-it) notes (size - 6--x4--; 3 per each table), masking tape (3-4), sanitizer and wet wipes (1 per table). . Technical support including projector connection for personal laptop, microphones (2 pcs), etc. . 80 bottles of still water (40 in the morning, 40 in the afternoon) . RSVP support/guest registration 1 day 2. Biodiversity Analysis Workshop: October 24 (TBC) Event Details:1 day, 50 expected participants . Offsite venue with catering options for 2 coffee breaks and 1 lunch; .
