Scope of Work1. Analysis of the current state of the notary industry. Review of legal documents regulating the field, in-depth study and analysis of the practice of compliance with procedures during the provision of services (surveys and interviews, studies in the style of "mystery client" and meetings with experts), identification of existing problems and inconveniences and detailed analysis.2. Study of international experience. Comprehensive and in-depth study and analysis of the state of implementation of notarial actions in developed countries (at least 5 countries), including the study of how convenient the process of online authorization is organized, and the development of practical recommendations and roadmaps for their implementation in Uzbekistan.3. Development of relevant legislative drafts and proposals for practical measures.
