Within the framework of the development of the working project of the object "Construction of temporary storage of ionizing radiation sources" of the service of automation of technological process control systems of the "Almalik KMK" JSC Production Automation Department of the Nuclear Geophysics Laboratory, safety", "Biological protection", "Radiation protection", "Physical protection" and "Technological solutions - development of architectural, constructive and engineering solutions, installation of equipment (mechanisms) that ensure compliance with the specific characteristics of working with radiation materials and sources development of project documents and delivery to the Customer
The participant is disqualified from participating in the competition, if - he does not have the necessary equipment, financial, material, personnel and other resources to fulfill the contract; - when the reorganization is at the stage of liquidation or bankruptcy; - the Customer in the case of legal proceedings or arbitration; - included in the unified register of dishonest executors; - overdue taxes and other mandatory payments; - does not meet the qualification, technical and price requirements of the procurement documents; - any illegal, when prohibited and corrupt behavior is committed; - when it commits anti-competitive actions or is involved in violation of the law, when conflicting interests are identified; - registered in countries or territories that give preferential taxes and/or conduct financial operations (in offshore zones) (full details are shown in the purchase document)
