Tenders are invited for Design, Supply and Installation of 2 High Voltage Substations (Gis Substations) Design, Supply, and Installation of the 2 high-voltage substations (GIS substations): Substation 220 kV "Zafar" and Substation 220 kV "Fayzobod-- JSC “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan” “Uzpromstroybank” Tashkent region branch, Tashkent, Uzbekistan SWIFT: UJSIUZ22 INN: 306 347 741 MFO: 00440 Correspondent account: Account in USD: 20 210 840 905 062 611 001 Account in UZS: 20 210 000 905 062 611 001 Upon receiving a nonrefundable fee, the Employer will promptly dispatch the Bidding Documents by email to the interested Bidders. No liability will be accepted for failed or late delivery. The Bid shall be submitted in a separate envelope with its corresponding bid security in the amount of: Lot 2 - 350 000.00 USD Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or subcontractor, in at least two contracts that has been successfully and substantially completed within the last 5 (five) years and that is similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidder-s participation for each lot exceeds: $ 28 000 000 (twenty-eight million US Dollars) The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources defined in FIN - 3, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in FIN - 4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract as follows: $6 000 000 (six million US Dollars) In case of Joint Venture Each Partner must meet minimum 25% of the requirements; One Partner must meet minimum 40% of the requirement and All Partners Combined must meet requirement
