Description:
This assignment conducts a mixed-methods assessment of how social protection beneficiaries in Uzbekistan access, use, and experience G2P payments across different digital and cash modalities. Through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and system-level analysis, the study maps end-to-end customer journeys, identifies operational and technical bottlenecks, and highlights barriers faced by vulnerable groups. Findings will inform actionable recommendations to improve convenience, reliability, inclusion, and trust in Uzbekistan-s evolving Social Card and digital payment ecosystem.
