Description:
Participants are accepted if they meet the following conditions - the right to enter into a contract; - absence of overdue debts for taxes and fees; - that there are no bankruptcy procedures introduced against them; - unscrupulous the absence of a record about them in the unified register of executors. - Rating of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The presence of an electronic signature issued by the tax authorities determines the participant's right to conclude a contract. Participant application confirms the information that there are no bankruptcy procedures introduced against him, as well as that he has no overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees. After the participant fills the application form, the electronic system checks the data of the unified register of unscrupulous performers, and finds that there is no record of the participant in it.
