Description:
Service for the provision of consulting services for the support of FIDIC contracts (International Federation of Consulting Engineers). Consulting support and protection of the Customer's interests during the conclusion of contracts based on FIDIC proforma contracts. Review and approval of draft additional agreements to the main contract between the Owner and the General Contractor in accordance with standard FIDIC procedures. Administer the process for the appointment of members of the Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) in accordance with standard FIDIC procedures. Contract Form FIDIC Red Book 1999 and 2017, Yellow Book 1999 and 2017, Silver Book 1999 and 2017, White Book 1999 and 2017.
