Description:
Tenders are invited for Construction of Mangit Water Treatment Plant The of Republic Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Tashkent Province Sewerage Improvement Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 2. ADB Project Coordination Unit (PCU) of JSC Uzsuvta-minot on behalf of the Qoraqalpoq Suv Ta-minoti LLC (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from the eligible bidders for the Design, construction, supply and installation of Mangit WTP (“the Facilities”). Minimum average annual turnover of USD 8.34 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 5 years (2017-2021, starting from January 1, 2017). • The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of USD 1.39 million; • Participation in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation exceeds USD 9.6 million. The similarity of the Bidder-s participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics (e.g. WTPs, pumping stations) as described in Section 6 (Employer-s Requirements). Experience in the following key activities: o Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of at least 40.000 m3 /day; o Development of a detailed design of WTP; o Supply and installation of SCADA Control System.
