• Description:
• Stage 1. Planning Processes The executive should develop an audit plan. This plan should include the nature, timing and scope of the audit, as well as risk assessment and subsequent audit procedures. Stage 2. Intermediate procedures The Executive must implement procedures in accordance with International Auditing Standards. Including • preparing and sending confirmation letters to counterparties; • Submission of requests for primary documents of the customer; • other necessary perform audit procedures. Stage 3. Final Procedures The Executive shall perform final procedures in accordance with International Auditing Standards. This process includes: • balance sheets, transactions and disclosures audit; • comparing data with primary documents; • implementation of analytical procedures; • preparation and presentation of audit conclusions and recommendations on audit results; • discussing audit results with the Customer. The scope of rendered services also includes: • Checking of group consolidation; • verification of operations within the group; • asset impairment check; • checking the principle of continuity of activity; • Checking notes and disclosures (notes disclosure) according to IFRS; • check related parties.
