The organization is not allowed to participate in the selection (the participant is disqualified)-did not provide the necessary documents that provided within the prescribed time; -not providing licenses; -ses at the stage of reorg., Liquid. or bankruptcy; -marking improperly fulfilled obligations for previously stake. contracts; -siter in a state of trial; - located in a single register of unscrupulous performers; -mark debt for taxes and other payments; -If the participant has no experience in developing PSD on the main. tech. and BIM, Revit, Indor Cad (Road), Indor (Pavement), Credo Radon, etc.;-the availability of work experience in the field of PSD for at least 3 years; -the integrity of unfulfilled contracts over the past 5 years; - The applicant-s offer will not be accepted by the customer if his discount exceeds 10% of the initial value of the object when placing his supply for electronic selection.
