Dear Bidder,The ILO is looking for an External Collaborator to prepare and deliver a two-day interactive, problem-solving workshop for cotton-growing farmers at district level in Uzbekistan tentatively on 19-20 May 2026.The assignment will last five (5) working days, including three (3) days for preparation of training materials and coordination with the ILO, and two (2) days for in-person delivery of the workshop.The workshop will focus on strengthening practical implementation of the five Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW), with particular emphasis on occupational safety and health (OSH) in agricultural work and fair recruitment practices, including written agreements, wage transparency and prevention of informal labour intermediation.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
