Based on the needs of JV "UZSUNGWOO" LLC, according to the technical assignment, for the repair of 75 kWa, 90 kWa, 110 kWa, 150 kWa electric DC motors. LIST OF WORKS TO BE PERFORMED 1 external inspection and visible pollutants to destroy; 2Checking the oil in the bearing; 3. Analysis of the electric motor; 4. Checking the windings of the stator and armature, repairing the damaged areas without replacing them completely; 5. Washing the internal parts of the motor; 6. Washing, drying and impregnating the windings with a special varnish; 7. Insulation oppositegini measurement; 8 inspection of components and assemblies for defects and signs of wear; 9 complete replacement of worn parts with new ones, with unprocessed welding; 11 idle and running mode of the engine after all necessary actions have been performed
