- Payment is made in the following order - after the conclusion of the contract, it is paid monthly in the amount of 1/12 of the part from the value of the contract, provided that the coal was extracted in the amount of 75.0 thousand tons per month; - with an increase (or decrease) the volume of coal production (75.0 thousand tons per month), the monthly payment is adjusted in proportion to the actual volume of coal production in the direction of increased (or decrease).
