Requirements for the assessment. The assessment must be carried out in accordance with the principles and requirements of IFRS and explanations of IFRS in force in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The process of assessing long-term liabilities of a JSC and its branches in accordance with IAS 19 must include an analysis of documentsments that regulate the remuneration system (Collective agreement, formalized programs, regulations, intra-industry and/or labor agreements, etc.) JSC - verification and analysis of the completeness and reliability of the information provided about employees; - development of actuarial assumptions regarding st.discount rates, inflation rates, wage growth, staff turnover, morbidity, disability and mortality rates depending on gender and age; - compilation of calculation models; - assessment of long-term liabilities of a joint-stock company to employees and to non-working pensioners;
