Conducting an assessment of the fair market value of the share of Uzbekneftegaz JSC in the authorized capital of PFK Mash`al LLC for making corporate decisions. The assessment of the fair market value of the share is carried out at the deadlines indicated in the attached technical task, within two weeks from the date of imprisonmentcontracts.
Not providing a technical proposal in accordance with the terms of reference, as well as qualification documentation in full with confirming documents in accordance with attached files, will serve as the basis for the prevention of participants to the stage of evaluating price proposals. In this regard,All participants need to provide the required documentation (qualification documents, technical proposal, power of attorney of the manufacturer, certificates and others) in full and in accordance with the requirements.
