Development of comprehensive recruitment solutions aimed at attracting at least 15 qualified specialists that meet the Customer's needs, including the following actions Preparation of a preliminary work plan, including determining the timing and stages of completing all main tasks,related to personnel search and selection. Based on this plan, the Customer and the Contractor agree on the final terms for the provision of services. Conducting an analysis of vacancies and determining requirements for candidates. Developing job descriptions and creating job advertisements. Carrying out a sweat searchnational candidates. Preliminary selection and formation of a list of potential candidates. Conducting assessment and testing of candidates. Conducting interviews with candidates. Checking references and analyzing candidates' past experience. Conducting negotiations and providing proposals.
